Yunnan is a famous tea growing province of China. It produces
green, black, oolong teas and tea known as Pu-erh.
It it believed that this tea has medicinal properties.
Recent medical studies in China verify this claim.
Pu-erh tea processing is a long kept secret known only to a
few Chinese tea masters. Pu-ergh tea is fermented twice
( just like some of the fine wines ) then it is aged. This process
is thought to bring out medicinal properties in this tea.
