First Flush --- First Spring leaves picked in May
Indias'1999 First Flush was delayed due to drought .
Although lack of rain suppressed leaf growth it did
not affect the quality.
When steeped tea produces golden liquor.

Second Flush -- Second harvest . Leaves are larger,
tea , when steeped produces darker ( light brown) liquor.
